Mike Drinan has had over 30 years of experience in Real Estate. He has owned and
operated Drinan Properties Inc., a Real Estate leasing and management company, for more than thirty years. Drinan Properties has managed apartment buildings and
condominium associations, as well as individual condominiums and single-family homes, throughout the greater Portland area. In the process, he has helped owners protect their investments by securing quality tenants for their properties.
As for sales, Mike has also represented both buyers and sellers in the purchase of
apartment buildings, condominiums and single-family homes for more than twenty-five
years and is a consistent multi-million dollar producer.
In addition, Mike is a professional landlord owning multi-unit apartment buildings and
commercial properties, and is familiar with the many challenges presented by real estate
ownership, including renovations, contractors, local codes and cash flow.
Mike has been a large part of the South Portland and Cape Elizabeth communities and is
a past president of Waterfront Market Association, representing and promoting the
interests of businesses in South Portland’s Mill Creek and Knightville neighborhoods.
