Kim specializes in the sale and purchase of residential properties, namely apartment buildings, single family homes, and condos. She offers all her clients (investors, re-locators and first-time home buyers) a professional but personal partnership that will serve to successfully negotiate their real-estate transactions. Expect her to be honest, responsive, knowledgeable and to follow-through.
Kim brings 18+ years of experience in sales, rentals, and property management to Cottage & Co. She started managing and growing her own real estate portfolio in 2001and helps clients negotiate the best possible price for their investment. As a resource to her clients, Kim has established relationships with contractors, inspectors, surveyors, attorneys, accountants, appraisers, title companies and mortgage brokers to help any buyer or seller through this important financial decision.
While a senior in college, Kim purchased her first investment property. Shortly after graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, she worked as the Activities Director in an assisted living home and then narrowed her focus toward the real estate profession. She has always loved working with people and advocating for their best interests, whether it's personally or professionally. For as long as she can remember, it has been her passion to discover and develop ideas for creating the ideal space to call home.
